yeah probably, and without really implementing anything either — you either look at the time or don't look at the time. (unless I'm misunderstanding something)

https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/47680290/ is the fastest Scratch pi calculator I know of.
If you really wanted to you could even use mine: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/991482978/

2000 digits in ~3 seconds on @DadOfMrLog's ~112 seconds on mine, so mine is 40x slower. Mine also scales worse. I hope I can make mine better.

Basically the idea behind both it is Machin-like formulas, of the form
pi/4=a*arctan(1/x)+b*arctan(1/y)…etc…

Using infinite series to calculate each arctan term.

The hard part is figuring out how to make custom blocks to do your arithmetic with thousands of digits of precision.

daily for march 29th
358 words

“Right One,Wrong Time” began on a rainy autumn day in New York City, where we meet the two main characters. Emma is a successful businesswoman who has worked hard to build her career, while Noah is a struggling artist who pours his heart and soul into his work. They both lead busy lives, but when they meet by chance one day, it changes everything.

Emma and Noah are instantly drawn to each other, but their lives are complicated. Emma is committed to her job and isn't ready for a relationship, while Noah is struggling to make ends meet and can't offer her the stability she craves. Despite their differences, they can't deny the connection between them.

As the months go by, Emma and Noah find themselves drawn to each other again and again. They meet for drinks after work, go on secret dates, and share intimate conversations. They talk about their hopes, their fears, and their dreams. They both know that this could be something special, but time is against them.

Noah's career begins to take off, and soon he's offered a job in a different city. Emma is thrilled for him, but she can't help feeling like she's losing him. They both know that their time together is coming to an end.

On the night before Noah leaves, Emma shows up at his apartment with a suitcase. She tells him that she can't let him leave without telling him how she feels. Emma tells Noah that she's in love with him and that she wants to be with him, no matter what. Noah is overwhelmed with emotion and tells Emma that he feels the same way.

But it's too late. Noah boards the plane the next day, and Emma's heart is broken. She knows that she's lost the man she loves, but she also knows that their love will always be with her.

“Right One, Wrong Time” is a story of love, loss, and the power of hope. It's a story about two souls who were meant to be but lived in different times, but it's also a story about the strength of the human spirit.

Those are highly inaccurate.
I mean, it looks AI generated to me, so I asked.
Almost every AI checker I used indicated that it was 100% or at least partially AI:

Also, this style of writing does differ slightly(although by not very much) from their usual style of writing based on their comments and previous posts.
As far as I know, there's no rules against using AI to make a suggestion, but the moral implications may vary.

I'm friends with a number of Scratchers, who already know my Youtube channel(where I stream).

I don't actively give it out, and I figure I'd be easy to find, so there isn't much of a need to give it out.

Would I get punished if other people discuss my Youtube channel, even if I don't give it out on-site?

Is it going to be a studio or one project that you can play games on? If it's the second, I can make a prototype!
Act 1:

We open with a dream. A child being abandoned by their parents. Launched into the cold, unfeeling abyss of space. Clark Kent narrates over the dream. He's been having it for the past few days and he wonders. How could anyone do that? Abandon their child like that? Launch them in a rocket to die. Do they not care? He doesn't know why he's having this dream. He doesn't know who this child is. But one things for sure. He'll find this child. Whoever it is…

thinking a specific Scratch platformer series from 2017 (?) ish

there was 8 or so games in the series- each one was named with *name of color* and then *another word for world/land* … each game had a different synonym for world/land and so on …. like “yellow world” “red city” “purple area” “blue realm” .. none of these were the names but they were all called similar things like this
each game was based on a color, and had platforms and blank player of the color, but a darker shade of it in the background… it was a very clean design and each level had obvious effort put into it. there was no moving platforms, but just how each shade fit together was very pleasing making it really enjoyable to play

fairly simple levels, but each game in the series introduced a new control- such a one that killed enemies, jumping higher, etc. there keys for these special controls were Z,X,C … and continued along the last row of the keyboard
most levels had text on them, but the text was written letter by letter, and while it spelled out you couldn't move the character, which was pretty irritating

there was also a studio by the creator of the series made which had all of them in it

any links lmk!!! even if you think it might not be it, i may be misremembering some details (tho i dont think so lol)
thanks!!

oh one last thing! even though i the series was made years ago i played it a month or so ago so its very likely it's still up
Wait… Is it this? It sounds a lot like what you described but it's been ages since I played it and I never played through the whole series, so I could be mistaken…

“I need to get rid of this!” Luscious Malfoy was pacing back and forth in his living room in Malfoy Manor. He looked pale, and scared half to death. “I'm afraid if I keep writing in this thing it'll kill me.”

“Dear, let's go to bed. You'll feel better in the morning.” Narcissa yawned. She was in her nightgown, sitting on the lounge chair next to Luscious, listening to him rant. Luscious could tell it was driving her insane. “We're going to Diagon Alley tomorrow, maybe you could find someone you could send it to.”

“But I have direct orders from the dark lord.” He started wringing his hands together, staring at the floor. He was filled with so much adrenaline, he could run what the muggles called a, ‘Marathon,’ whatever that was.

“The dark lord is dead. Does it really matter what he said?” She looked annoyed, and half asleep.

He stopped and closed his eyes. He didn't know what to do. “Maybe, but I don't want to risk it.” He sat down in a chair across from Narcissa.

She rolled her eyes, but then grabbed his hand. “Look, I'm not going to tell you what to do, but this thing is driving you crazy.” She picked up the diary and put it on his lap. “Whatever you do with it, it's better gone than it is here.” She stretched and yawned. “I'm going to bed. Are you coming?'

He shook his head. ”I think I'm going to stay awake for a while. Think things over.“

She nodded. ”Okay.“ She flew her hands into the air. ”I tried. Don't stay up too late.“ She kissed him on the cheek and left.

Luscious Malfoy stayed up for hours after that, trying to think of some way to get rid of the diary and still get it to Hogwarts. He sipped tea he made for himself earlier which was now cold. He thought about what the Dark Lord would do if he did come back and Luscious hadn't completed his task. Would he just kill him right then and there, or would he torture him? He wasn't sure what was worse.

Eventually he got so tired he decided it would be best if he went to bed.”I'll figure it out.“ He told himself over and over again, crawling into bed. ”The Chamber of Secrets will open.." Then, sleep crept up to him and consumed the world leaving him asleep, dreaming.

Additionally, provide options for sorting variables alphabetically or by data type to facilitate easier navigation and organization within the variable watcher.

Currently possible using alphabeticals.

For a variable in player stats
ps_(variablename)

all of the player stats variables would therefore be together
if you wanted this to be at the top of your variable page, you could do

a_ps_(variablename)

In Scratch, variables are essential for storing and manipulating data within projects. However, managing and monitoring variables effectively, especially in complex projects, can be challenging. Enhancing the variable watcher functionality would provide users with more robust tools for monitoring and debugging their projects.

Implementation:
1. Resizable and Movable Watcher Panes: Users should be able to resize and reposition variable watcher panes within the Scratch interface according to their preferences. This flexibility allows for better customization of the workspace to accommodate varying project needs and screen sizes.

2. Variable Grouping and Sorting: Introduce the ability to group variables based on categories or functionality, such as player stats, game settings, or level progress. Additionally, provide options for sorting variables alphabetically or by data type to facilitate easier navigation and organization within the variable watcher.

3. Tooltip Information: Incorporate tooltip functionality to display additional information about variables when hovering over them in the watcher panes. This information could include variable descriptions, initial values, or usage notes, helping users understand the purpose and context of each variable within the project.

Benefits:
1. Improved Project Monitoring: Enhanced variable watcher functionality allows users to monitor the state of variables more effectively during project execution, enabling quicker identification of errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected behavior.

2. Enhanced Workspace Customization: Resizable and movable watcher panes empower users to tailor the Scratch interface to their workflow preferences, optimizing screen space utilization and improving overall workspace ergonomics.

3. Streamlined Debugging Process: Grouping, sorting, and live updating features streamline the debugging process by providing users with organized, up-to-date information about project variables, reducing the time and effort required to identify and resolve issues.

4. Educational Tool: The tooltip information feature serves as an educational tool for beginners, offering additional context and explanations about project variables directly within the Scratch interface, helping users understand programming concepts more comprehensively.

Example Use Case:
Consider a Scratch game project where variables are used to track player score, health, and inventory items. With the enhanced variable watcher functionality, the user can group these variables into categories such as “Player Stats” and “Inventory,” and easily monitor their values in real-time as the game progresses. This allows for efficient debugging and optimization of gameplay mechanics, ultimately enhancing the overall gaming experience.

⇾ Daily #29 (Prologue) ⚘

(adding a prologue to an old novel, from the protagonist's future self POV)

Looking back on the whole thing, I should have turned my back on everything and been done with it.
I never should have tried to solve the problems of someone so perfect. I never should have been around for her death.
I never should have stayed in a place that seemed like home.
I sound pretty dramatic, I know. I'm making my life sound like some glorious epic of pain and love and loss.
It's not. Most of it was spent lazing around in my dorm or watching Bria slowly come to terms with… well, everything.
Until I crossed a line.
If I had learned to keep my mouth shut and have some basic level of trust, I would be a different person.
I would never have become a murderer.
Evan and Bria are watching me while I write this. He's using an entire pack of sticky notes to build some kind of paper empire. Bria is grinning as she's texting Patrick, our experiences having taught her that phones actually have a couple of uses.
Not the least of which is burglary, blackmail, and betrayal.
Just to name a few, of course.
Evan says that I should start the story at his birth, because that's where "all the things really started".
I gave him a dry laugh for about three seconds before taking my pack of sticky notes back.
He wasn't very happy about that.
Whatever. He'll get over it.
It actually started when that car crash did.
Kind of weird, right?
The chosen one, the one made to lead all fantastical people into goodness and rightousness ended up dying in such a normal way. Thousands of people have died like that. And before she was even old enough to have her learner's permit.

This is Evan.
And Bria!
Lillie's on the other side of the room, looking through pictures on her phone, trying to remember everything that happened. We're quickly taking over to add a warning, because Lillie won't add it herself.
She's spent the entire first page saying how terrible it is, but by the end, you'll know that it was the best thing that ever happened to her.
We need to add that it should've have been like that.
Don't seek out adventures like Lillie's.
She survived by sheer luck.
You would not have the same.
When you see something coming, hear someone talking the way Emmi did, you need to run.
Run before they can hide you like they did us.

Thought I'd post this again. I'm hosting a collab! The song is WOW!!!!!! by Camellia, and is a nong (for now, hope he puts it on gd) so replace it with 696969. I need to know how many people are joining so I can split parts. I'd like to have a bunch of gameplay creators and a few decorators. I cannot decorate, so sorry Difficulty is supposed to be easy demon (tier 2 for you gddl nuts), and there is no verifier yet.
2 star easy level? sure! if its a collab, is it going to be a xl? i can join, im good at gameplay but have no clue how to decorate

edit: i didnt read that its an easy demon…nevermind
