Sharing yt channels if there is streams on there is discouraged, but if live commenting is off, mic is off, playing child freindly game, would it be allowed?

I'm wondering bc i'm making a channel this year

Probably not – it still isn't possible to predict what will happen on the stream.

It's actually plain not allowed, not just “discouraged.” If someone is actively streaming on YouTube, they should not advertise their YouTube channel or streams on Scratch.

Would it be allowed for let’s say, if a user has their yt channel in their bio, and when they are about to stream they remove mentions of the channel from their scratch profile, and then after the stream ends if the stream was appropriate and is now safe to rewatch, to then add the channel name again after the stream?

Nope.

Nope.
Because it would be more difficult to moderate?

It's difficult to moderate regardless of how the streams are handled.
I'm friends with a number of Scratchers, who already know my Youtube channel(where I stream).

I don't actively give it out, and I figure I'd be easy to find, so there isn't much of a need to give it out.

Would I get punished if other people discuss my Youtube channel, even if I don't give it out on-site?

If they specifically mention the name, and your channel doesn't abide to the scratch guidelines for youtube channels, then they will probably be punished
