I love Clone Wars so I would vote for that, but first I have a couple questions:
These are books right?
How would they crossover? Would psykers like create a portal to the Star Wars universe or something?

I've got it planned, so at first only 4 space marines will enter the star wars galaxy, fresh from the siege of terra(If you don't know anything about the horus heresy its ok) 2 of them Chaos Marines and the other 2 Loyalist. They arrived because 2 of them engaged in a psychic duel and it made a warp stuff or whatever, the other 2 were just there. I have the lore on my pixilart account hunting-bear

Also yes the Horus Heresy is a book series that took place before the 41st Millennium in 30k

What will the fanfiction be?
Books?
Comics?

We could just write on the forum, no need to for over complex projects and art. One of us can then copy and paste the story as it goes on the doc, it could work like a rp
We are also establishing rules: Even though it's a fan-fiction we have to make sure if it can work in Star Wars Or 40k. Also we must have a explanation for stuff that happens in the Star Wars x 40k crossover(Optional, but sometimes required). While some stuff may seem op, remember it is Warhammer 40k, but sometimes it is just a bit too op, like destroying a planet without a planet cracker, not the proper exterminatus equipment, or hyperspace into the planet. Also we have to keep to the science of the lore, like for example a space marine is a space marine, it is not a custodes.

Yes a night lord techmarine
There is another Star Wars vs Warhammer that is made by AFanWithTooMuchTime, this is inspired but not a direct copy of that. This is completely separate.
I've also got it planned that the 4 space marines are going to land on a planet that is being invaded by the CIS, and help the people of said planet

Confederacy of Independent Systems led by Count Dooku and the Separatist Senate. Includes the Trade Federation, the Commerce Guild, the InterGalactic Banking Clan, and the Techno Union among others. Seceded from the Republic shortly before Attack of the Clones and was the side opposing the Republic during the Clone Wars. Was disbanded after its leadership was destroyed by Darth Vader. Also known as the Separatists.

This is probably more information than you need to know.

EDIT: I will consistently give you more information about Star Wars than you need to know.

Ah.

So. The four Space Marines land on the planet Tallon in the middle of a Separatist invasion. They assist the civilians in fighting off the Separatists and in doing so gain the attention of the Republic. The Republic and Separatists both send invasion fleets to see if they can figure out who these newcomers are and what they are doing in the galaxy. General Plo Koon and Commander Wolffe lead the Republic army while Admiral Trench and ST-series Tactical droid Kraken lead the Separatist army.

Is this a good start?

PS. Tallon was a world I just made up so we can come up with whatever terrain we want and stuff.

That will be a good story, and the 4 space marines earn the respect of the Tallon citzens, celebrating them as heroes in awe and fear. When they meet the Republic delegation, relations will sour as Space Marines hate AI, and the space marines will also sour relations with the CIS. This will cause a 3 way war over this planet(Since in the grim darkness of the far future there is only war)

Well, they will kill if threatened or attacked first, and space marine vs darth, depends on the space marine tbh, sigismund would body Vader. A regular space marine might have a chance

Ok, sounds good.
