or you could replace it with a change x by code so you don't go thourgh walls.

Note: Check this ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/991923150 ) out before anything else.

I'm currently working on OYAP: The One Year Animation Project.
The goal is to make a completely colored, high FPS animation, nothing else.
This is my first time doing a project like this, so I obviously need some help.

1. I only have experience animating with Paper and I only animate electronically via FlipaClip.

2. I'll probably need some help with character design.

That's all I can think of right now, but these are obviously big problems.

It would be a miracle if anyone could help on this, and you will be noted as a contributor, of course.

This is disrespectful.
Don’t you know that people work very hard to get their projects featured?

That was disrespectful and that post deserves to be REPORTED.

I was wondering if it would be ok to feature the word “Fuhrer” or “Fuehrer” in a username on Scratch?

As shown by Google Translate, it quite literally means “leader” in German:
https://translate.google.com/?sl=auto&tl=de&text=leader&op=translate

Unfortunately, I found that the word has some negative historical context related to WWII and accounts featuring the word have been deleted (I'm not sure if the deletions are for other reasons or because they violate Scratch Community Guidelines)

The username idea itself is very innocent and unrelated to any historical context - nor is it used as a political title, it would just mean something like “Leader of birds” in German and the account would be a story/art account completely unrelated to any historical contexts as well. I'd like to use the word in the username because it is short and when paired with other words (like feather, feder, etc) in the username it makes a nice alliteration, and the entire username overall would be related to a fictional fantasy story or a general vibe (e.g. account that posts art about birds) that is unrelated to history or any notable figures.

Just wanted to make sure before going ahead and making the account as I don't want to violate the Scratch CG and get the account banned or deleted! I've seen discussion posts like this in the past questioning whether something is appropriate or not so I wanted to clarify here as well

Anyone know how to make a cloud list? Seriously, scratch should add this stuff. All they need to do is treat the list like a cloud variable. All i've achieved is encoding my username.

Water envelops my hands, gleaming in the midafternoon sun. Droplets bead at the edges of my fingers. I look down in disgust. Out of all of the abilities I could have gotten, why did I have to end up with this one.

The most useless of all.

It is extremely hard to control due to its liquid state and takes years to master. On top of this, you need existing water to use the ability. We live in the middle of a desert.

Sand stretches as far as the eye could see. A vast expanse, dotted with stray trees, branches frail and thin. The wind picks up, picking up sand in its wake, swirling it across the sky.

I glance over at the others. They sit around a pile of sticks, fire blossoming from their hand, sparks spraying from their fingertips. They gaze at it in wonder as it creeps up their arms, tracing its way across their body.

What I wouldn’t give to be them.

Instead, I sit in front of a rusty bucket, attempting to draw out the dirty water that not even the poorest beggar would touch. It swirls around the bottom, silt gathering. Putrid smell reaches my nostrils.

If you're looking to create an entire project with others, you should go to the collaboration forum.

I've been hearing a lot of creative server ideas on here lately. I also have a new server idea if I may. Basically, it's like the nations type gameplay, expect instead of normal admins, each nation has one god-like player that is partially in creative mode. Those players can fly, use some commands such as limited building commands and basic others (Restrictions on kill and kick commands, obviously), grant limited powers to players, create a limited amount of a limited set of items, and have higher health standards than regular players.

However, each god-player also has a specific elemental type that his or her nation are most powerful in, kind of like in Greek mythology. And it is by this power (Among others) that the regular players can enforce the god-players by; If the regulars players of a water-god-player, let's say, didn't like how he was using his power, they could use that player's own power against him to limit his actions. Basically, the regular players and god-players have to work together to run a nation.

The purpose of the god-player in the first place, other than the cool gameplay, is to add a new level of intensity and an origins-like aspect to vanilla Minecraft. It also protects nations against admin abuse, as it more deeply connects the people to their leaders, and thus the entire group have to be bad eggs to cause much harm. And even then, other nations can balance them out.

I think it would be really interesting to have a Minecraft server that was basically Greek mythology. What do you guys think?
sounds awesome!
That sounds really cool!
Thank you so much!
You switched what to floor?

also if you're using my project, add 75 to the size, and instead of multiplying the size by 100, multiply it by 25. This will make it so that the distance affects a range from 0 to 25, and adding 75 makes it so it starts at 75. If you want me to do this let me know.

Hey Mari! Sorry in advance that this is so short- I need to edit my comp entry and work on some irl things on top of this so I had to get this done pretty quickly ^^'

{because they hate my parents! }

I think ‘hate’ might have to be changed to ‘hated’ since their parents are gone. I'm pretty sure that's correct grammatically, but I'm not an expert or anything.

{And what does she want from my red hair?}

I really like the frustration in this sentence- it definitely shows the main character's anger in a great way.

{I walked upstairs frowning more, I saw Joan stomping downstairs still frowning more}

It might be better to change frowning to something else since you used it twice in the same sentence <3

{“Haha! You will pay for what your family had down to Mama!” }

I think you meant done ;D

{“I-I didn’t!” I said before turning my head around, “Please, please, please believe me!” }

The desperation and stuttering are great and add a lot of emotion <3

{“Oh hello! Hi new arrivals}

I might remove the ‘hi’, since they already said hello.

{I am Solara. And this is my sister Luna.” }

Love the character names!

{I felt myself suffocating, yet the air around me dropped temperature}

I love the description!! It really helps add to the tension.

{ “Also, Moonlight is receiving weird visions on full moon. Tomorrow is full moon when your powers are mostly active, so we will be training at night.}

I like the world building here ^^

{ And the Summer began to become colder. }

I think you could drop this to a separate line because it's such an important sentence <3

{Falerii’s chestnut brown hair transformed into long locks of beautiful red hair as she walked to me. “I am your second aunt… That is where your hair, and your personality came from.” }

Ooh super interesting! <3

{“I’m sorry for pushing you down the staircase.” I speak. I know I did not do that, but I will apologize anyway. }

I love how this develops the main character!! ^^

I really liked the way your wrote the world in this piece! It's a super interesting way to describe magic and it's just very interesting as a whole. My main advice would be to run it through a grammar/spelling check, just since I noticed some issues there. Other than that, I really liked it! ^^

Well if you want a report on bugs:
- Pretty sure you already notice this but the frog seems to count the walls as ground that it can jump on
- You can hold the jump button on the wall to yeet to space XD

Ideas:
Wizard frog so I guess the level theme could be a pond/water
- Could try to add water where you can swim
- Maybe since he's a wizard he can spawn water balls midair (He can swim in water bubbles so it can be used like a floating platform that you can jump from)

Thanks for the feedback. Nice ideas, I probably will implement them.

Hey Chuey! Thanks for saving me from boredom- you're a hero <33

{Rain trickled down like the sky’s plumbing had gone awry, smearing the windshield of his car with fat drops of water that crawled slowly down the glass. }

I already love this. It's got such a clear tone to it and the imagery is spot-on.

{He wasn’t too worried–there was no ominous boom of thunder, no feral strike of lightning, but the rain was still slicking the roads with moisture, and people, at least in his experience, tended to forget how to drive when faced with unusual weather conditions.}

I… I just love this. It's funny and clever and the description is great. You have such a great way with tone and description- it's incredible.

{With a sigh of relief, he pulled into the parking lot, then turned the car off and stepped outside.}

I think you could word this a little differently so it could flow better, something like “With a sigh of relief and pulled into the parking lot, turned off the car, and stepped inside”. Just a suggestion of course! ^^

{The rain streamed down the back of his coat, rippling with icy fingers down his spine, but he ignored it as best he could and opened the door of the building where he worked, doing his best not to drip all over the carpet.}

Firstly, I must point out how amazing the description (in bold) is. Absolutely fantastic. However, I think that the sentence is a bit longer than it needs to be, and breaking it up into two (or more) sentences would help it flow better. ^^

{There was a dizzying moment of neither-here-nor-there, and then the building settled, exactly as it had been…except it was now upside down.}

Such a small detail, but I love the wording of this sentence!

{And beneath that, tinier still, a spark of something else.}

I think you could drop this down to its own separate line, since it's so significant. This is more of a stylistic choice, so obviously make your own call about what's best for your story.

{That was a monster.
And that was a superhero.
In movies and books, moments like this stretched on forever, leaving the character with plenty of time to wonder, marvel, think.}

The tone and the wording here is just *chef's kiss*.

{He didn’t know how to process everything that had just happened. So he didn’t.}

Again with the tone. This line is just funny and amazing and as a whole the entire thing just gives off comic-book vibes with a hint of its own thing. It's incredible, Chuey!

{In the end, the words finally swirled together into something mostly cohesive.}

I don't know why, but the wording of ‘cohesive’ feels a little off to me in a way I can't describe. Maybe change it to ‘comprehensive’ or ‘understandable’?

{He’d been ten, and his sister had been nine when their grades started differing. He got Bs and As for the most part, respectable grades, but she shot past him with her A++ on nearly every assignment and test.
He’d been an okay player on the soccer team, but his friend Zach was way better, a menace on the field. Now he was a soccer superstar, while Sidekick hadn’t touched a ball in years.
He’d been saving up to get his mom a nice birthday present, but his brother had saved for twice as long, and his gift easily surpassed Sidekick’s.
He’d hoped for the promotion, but a coworker got it. He’d hoped the girl he met in college would go out with him at least a few times, but her heart already belonged to someone else.
He’d hoped to get first place. But inevitably, someone else won it instead.}

This whole section adds so much depth and sweetness <3 Your piece dives into these tropes so well and observes them in such a great way ^^

{His hands clenched and his lips parted again to reply…}

*gaspeth* a cliffhanger :0

I adore your piece, Chuey!! The balance between your humourous writing and the character's emotions is incredible. I love that the main character doesn't really ever get a name besides ‘sidekick’. It adds so much to the piece. The way that it explores all of these different archetypes is amazing. Your piece is just incredible.
