I never said anything about all of these being rejected. I was just pointing out which of them won't be added.This project contains a number of rejected suggestions however.Those are a small fraction of the ideas suggested in that project. There’s no reason to reject all the ideas just because some of them wouldn’t be implemented.

Those were the only two I could find in the list. Besides those, I highly doubt the Scratch Team would allow you to open new tabs or redirect the user to different links. And I also doubt they would allow changing the pen quality, FPS, or allow projects to download files without your permission.
Why is everyone talking about lists?They're saying this suggestion is actually a list of suggestions, which isn't allowed. You're encouraged instead to make a “separate topic for each suggestion you have.”
