Would it be against the CGs if I continued to comment on someone's profile/projects after they told me get off their profile?

So, I was having a conversation with a user which resulted in them getting mad at me, calling me things, and telling me to get off their page.
Now of course I will respect this user's request and not continue to comment on their projects/profile, but that made me wonder if I did would that be a violation of the Community Guidelines? Would even interacting with the projects (hearting/staring) be a violation?
