It's that simple.

Unfortunately, it is not that simple.
Scratch Writing Camp, commonly referred to as “SWC,” is a trianual program that encourages its participants to meet self-set word count goals. One way they do this is by giving the participants daily prompts which usually range from 300-400 words. Many users post their completed “dailies” in the TiMaC forum, which means that dozens or even hundreds of posts could be made per day. It would be tedious and difficult to attemp to bump one’s post to the top consistently.
However, many SWC members like to have an entire topic to themselves, which is far more easily navigated than a mass topic (which already exists) would be.
Therefore, unless SWC posts are banned in the normal TiMaC forum, I think that a mass topic or megathread would be unnecessary, and if the forced megathread were to be implemented, there would be yet more pushback from the already disgruntled writers of Scratch who are tired of false bot triggers, mass reporting, and the continued hostility of the Scratch Team towards even clean roleplaying games.
