I have been thinking how do i open a sb3 file on my phone since my phone is outdated and cannot download the scratch app
So any answers for opening a project in a phone?

What model is your phone?

Go to https://scratch.mit.edu/create, and go to File > Load from your computer. This should open a file picker, similar to on a computer

You can download the Scratch offline editor here, and you can also find it on the Google Play store or Apple Appstore.

Edit: I hadn't read that you can't use the Scratch app. Instead, you can use the website and use the desktop view on your browser. In the project editor, there is a button to load from your computer.
