so i told one of your members in the collaboration section about a collab I want to do he has not responded.

Who knows? You could message that user on their profile if you'd like to let them know about it.

It's up to the individual user whether or not to respond to you. If they are taking a while you can send them a comment on their profile as a reminder. Just don't send them a lot of comments to the point where it's likely to bother them.
