Hello. Crazy theory, and you might not believe me,and the theory is that scratch forums exist. Cool. The problem about them are, some forums might be up for a minute, then lose the role of a new post , but some could be up for 5 minutes and still be a “new post”. Why do this happen? Please tell me.

It actually says "(New Posts)", plural. That appears when there are new posts in the topic you haven't seen yet.

But the thing is, Even if i click on post witch is new when its been up for 10 minutes or smth, its still new when others i havent clicked on been 1 minute, its already old.

If thy post hath been edited, it arises to thy top.
(When a post/topic has been edited in any way (moved, edited, deleted, etc.), it shows up as the “last post” on the front of the home page. This is likely why there's an old post as the last post.

The topics themselves aren't considered new or old. The “(New posts)” thing appears when someone has posted something on that topic and you haven't seein it yet.
When a topic has been up for 10 minutes, but you haven't seen it yet, it'll say “(New posts)”.
When a topic has been up for 1 minute, but you clicked on it and there's been no new posts since, it'll not say “(New posts)”.
