Small Projects and helping small creators and projects grow

I think scratch should have a recommendations page, like you tube. where you could find projects, the algorithm would think you'd like. And some very small projects (like 75 views or less) could appear there to help small creators grow. For example, I've been working on my massive clicker game for months now and I want people to see it and give feedback. So, if there could be able to implement some sort of feature that could help small projects and creators grow, I'd really appreciate it, as most of the popular projects are just generic platformers, overexaggerated multiplayer stickman racer games with the most obnoxious thumbnails, and random clicker games that honestly, all seem the exact same with different textures. Some clicker games are very good though. Basically, I'm tryna say is, just add a feature that helps small projects grow. It'd be very cool and helpful.
Why 75 views or less? That is not very many at all. Since not many people have played it, the algorithm would have trouble figuring out who would enjoy the project. Then many users would be complaining that the recommended feature is flawed.
No, the algorithm wouldn't apply to small projects.
The small projects could maybe get their own tab. And if one gets ever let's say 300 views, it gets removed since it got some attention.
where would it be?
front page or explore?
It'd be in explore with its own tab.
