Exactly what the title says. I think we should go back to the 2.0-era restriction of only being able to add 3 tags at a time to a project. I'm sick of going to “explore” for music and having a bunch of random games that happen to have background music that's not actually by the creator of the project. A limit of 3 tags would force users to be thoughtful about what the main focus of their project actually is without limiting it to just one. This would allow music and art-related projects to be more easily shared and explored by fellow users. It would also probably help ease the load on the Scratch servers on project descriptions / notes and credits that are filled with spammed tags.

Thanks for your consideration

This is probably the best solution to the tag problems.

Duplicate (though I agree because of explore, abuse, and I do not really see a reason for more)

Could you give an example of a project that needs more than 3 tags? I can’t find any.
