Ive been muted a few times recently, but the annoying thing is, you just get muted. I could've easily changed a few letters in my comment, but instead I had a 30 min mute.
Im suggesting a “three strikes you're out” rule, where if the user types something bad, they are allowed two more chances to rephrase their comment. If it's still bad, then they get muted.
And besides, isn't that what the forums use? (or something similar to it)

if someone with malicious intentions has a chance to rephrase their comment then they would be able to find loopholes more easily
