That's not what the user was asking, they were asking to give new scratchers the ability to use cloud variables.

The reason New Scratchers exist is to prevent trolls.

This is not possible and will not be implemented.

The ST doesn't give cloud variables to New Scratchers so they have an incentive to become a Scratcher.

That would be skipping part of the New Scratcher status, which I think would be rejected under 8.2.

Yeah, another good reason they have you wait.

If you got cloud variables as soon as you signed up, someone could create a massive amounts of accounts and break the Scratch servers.
