Welcome! By joining scratch you have joined a community, of friends, of animators, of coders of artists, there are so many!
So what can you do? Obviously you are reading this post and have discovered the forum, a community! However if you want to start programming I definitely recommend going to the project ideas page! And really start to experiment with the blocks! As you get better, try to set a goal… Have a favourite game? Try to recreate it! Another thing you will see are animations, of the most creative type! Another thing: Are you an artistic person… Try sharing some art… But best of all… Try combining your original art with an animation or game! Yet this post should not be your inspiraton… In the top left corner you will see an explore button… There are amazing platformers… Animations and recreations of games… Those shoud be your best inspiration… Try to “remix” them and see, chenge the code… Or add different art! Hopefully this post has inspired you to explore the world of scratch! Remember: The worst thing you can do is not try!

Hello! It's great that you want to help out other Scratchers. However, I think we have enough guides in the forums at the moment. Please feel free to welcome new Scratchers on the group welcoming topic or on individual topics created by New Scratchers.

Other places that can always use more helpful Scratchers like you, are the "Help With Scripts“ and ”Questions About Scratch" areas - please use them as designed, by responding to topics created by folks with problems to solve

Finally, a really good place for Scratch guides is the Scratch Wiki - check it out and see if it's something you might like to work on. They have a number of guides - and great organization.
