Wdym created the account? When you use contact-us, don't you put the email you want them to respond with? Or is that just for them to verify it is you?

You can use any email for contact us. It does not have to be the email your account was created with, as you don't have to even input your username into the form.

b. They won't, if you tell them to look out for it.

This is definitely a somewhat dupe of a topic I remember seeing. But only somewhat. It was a suggestion for all accounts student or not, that contact us would be moved to messages and you’d have a direct conversation in scratch with ST. I can’t find the topic, but I’m also not sure if this would qualify as a dupe

One question though,assuming that the email is automatically set to the teacher's email, how are you supposed to receive assistance from the ST, if a teacher gets the ST's reply?

In case it doesn't involve sending any email, and instead, involves sending notifications, Unfortunately, Notifications are quite cumbersome for the ST to create, as said by @hydrofungus, considering that the ST already has barely enough time on their hands to solve reports, I am not sure if this should be implemented…
