ocular rewritten

i made it so when green flag clicked broadcast start. when you lose a restart button appears and when clicked broadcast start. but when broadcast start is broadcasted it makes more clones than there are supposed to be. repeat a few times and i hit the clone limit in like 5 retries. anyone know how to fix this
