If you would like to work on a project with another Scratcher, you can remix each others' projects.

At the moment, a turn-based collaboration system for shared projects is NOT rejected; you can discuss it on this topic.

You seem to be confused.
Below everyone’s post, and I mean below that grey line is a signature. Users get to edit their own signatures. Their signature appears under every post of the user, and LP372’s signature reads “(removed by moderator - please don’t rickroll other users” that has nothing to do with your post, as that is their signature. :-)
