Not getting my password reset email, support won’t respond (please help)

I’ve tried to reset my password to no avail and support won’t answer my emails. The account is Isaac10998. I’ve supplied DoB, email, everything. Please help.

Do you happen to be using a school-managed device? If so, the email might keep getting blocked.

No, the device isn't school managed. It's hooked up to an iCloud email, if that has anything to do with it.
