Clone Health System broken (again)

I've been having trouble with my Enemy sprite not working so I decided to revamp the system, only now the clone health system isn't working. If you go in to the code you will see a green Enemy and it's health system. If you have a better system please tell me. I've had this problem for a month now and can't seem to fix it and I really want to finish it, since I've been working on the entire game for around 6 months. Thanks!

So what is happening that you don't want to happen or vice versa? How do you know it isn't working - what tests have you done? How do we replicate the issue?

i've been trying to shoot the enemy (3 times) but the enemy doesn't die after 3 shots.

People may be willing to help but don't necessarily want to play the game or work out how to get to the stage to see the issue. Is there a shortcut to see the issue?

it takes like 80 seconds if you go to campaign, level 1, go to level 1, watch the 30 second cut scene, press z, and shoot a goblin 3 times, it won't die.

You seriously expect people helping to watch a 30 second cut scene? We may have to run the project multiple times.

How are the Wave and Wave Ongoing variables supposed to work - they seem to be crucial in the script looking for the z key? Which script actually tells the goblin it is dead?
