no, you can't spam #art fifty times either, thats manipulating site statistics as more tags break the indexer and places your project higher then its supposed to be

Apart from tag spamming being a violation of the ToU, It breaks the “Be Honest” section of the CGs since you are attaining popularity through dishonest means (exploiting a bug)
