Remember, the chatting is a privelege, but I have noticed some employees view this as a hangout instead of a place to help others, customers come first. Please get them done.

if theres orders that aren't taken, you cant talk.
if all orders are taken, and you haven't taken an order, you can talk.
if all orders are taken, and you have taken an order, you can't talk
if there are no orders, all are free to talk until there's another order.

edit: this was actually a suggestion made by an employee to make the glowshop a little less hectic.

I’ma work on figuring out what I’m actually skilled at (like try to make some banners and check if they are good) cuz I feel useless in the shop rn because no one orders what I can do.

Since i'm a coder would i not be allowed to talk if there was an art order that isn't taken? Or does it only apply to those who can take that type of order?

Coders can mostly talk but please do try not to get too hectic, and if you see an order appear mid convo and you can't take it, comment on the orderbots profile with link to the order so the bot can edit their siggy.

yep, a few of us have been here since the first iteration of the glow shop (i think ash is page 1 or 2, and im somewhere in the 20-40 range of the first shop}

I actually have been around in the Glow Shop for about a year or two- but OneTapTK had exams so I wasn't accepted as an employee

The employee page used to be much longer but I'm much pickier on who I hire.

Ezra is a good example, they are considered “lesser” because they are new, but they are already positive in my eyes due to being active, and completing orders. There are some older employees I don't exactly like due to the fact they refuse to take orders, among other things.

Earlier Starrii said something about being older and having seniority, so is it about how long they've been here or their real life age? Because real life age can be faked. Quite easily.
EDIT: So are they just respected (because of their age in Glow Shop and real life) or are they given special treatment (e.g. being lenient with strikes/punishments)

I have contact with Hax out of scratch, so i know he is trustable. Also by age, we refer age of being in the glowshop. Either me or Hax was first, followed by Glitch, Phantom, and JC. “Lesser” employees are the ones hired during 2.0 or 3.0 and i am not lenient on punishment, as ive chewed out EVERYONE in the glowshop multiple times due to orders not being completed.

Speaking of orders not being completed, you have 0 rights complaining or questioning the heirarchy of the glowshop as you are new yourself, as far as i know, you've never completed an order within this shop.

And with people guessing your age, you could also be lying about your age as well. The internet is basically a giant trust in people you form connections with, and you honestly arent impressing me with your “connections” so far.

I was only asking about it.I wasn't saying that it was bad. I was asking whether it was quite fair since I had some doubt about it. Hierarchies should be a cause for doubt actually, because they lead to complacency and overconfidence. And I have a right to voice those doubts.

Also, I am not “new”. I applied a year ago. Is that long enough? OneTapTK was doing exams so I couldn't have been accepted. So, I actually did try to be an older member of the Glow Shop, but I wasn't accepted (through no fault of my own- so don't you DARE say “Oh you weren't qualified”)
