Green means they are doing good with their jobs.
Blue means they retired.

NOTE: If a job you want is already filled, you can apply for a backup job (except for monitor). It exists to prepare for if a main person retires or gets fired. If it happens, a backup person will get promoted. They must frequently check the status of the main person. If they have gold-colored status, they must work on the project too, just in case they get fired, or retire. Up to 4 people can fill a backup job.

You have a less chance of being included if you make up a job.
You have a better chance of being included if you choose a backup job, BUT you will also have a way less chance of actually being used.
The requirement on how much experience you have is at least 5 out of 10.
The requirement for how active you are is at least 6 out of 10.
You must follow the topic.
You must follow the studio.
