Let's say I wanted to send @example the link to a comment. Instead of telling him/her the link of the project/studio/forum and to scroll down, I would send him/her the link to the exact comment and they see it quicker! How's that?

Currently, there's a way to get the comment ID. However a button that does this would be cool to have…
Right-click in the comment >> Inspect Element
the comment id is 156551018
https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/30090520/comments/#comments-156551018
Right-click in the comment >> Inspect Element
<div id="comments-156551018" class="flex-row comment">

Users on iOS devices cannot get the links of comments using inspect (as it doesn't exist), so this would make the website more mobile friendly.

It's possible if you connect your iPhone to your mac though… Users on iOS devices cannot get the links of comments using inspect (as it doesn't exist), so this would make the website more mobile friendly.

Also, you can if it was from the messages page, you can copy the url from the messages page, or you can also just copy from the search bar.

I'm quite surprised this isn't already a feature (and that I hadn't noticed this before, haha!) - the Inspect Element workaround is a long solution and quite inaccessible in my opinion, especially with the previously brought up iOS concerns.
I'm personally all for this suggestion - with regard to implementation, I imagine a system like the one on the Scratch Forums would work - by which I mean, where the timestamp offers a hyperlink to the comment.
My only potential point of contention is that it could lead to ‘brigading’ - in which people link to a comment by an user they don't like with the aim of getting people to comment potentially nasty and Terms of Service-breaking things, which is currently an issue on other sites that have similar features. However, I don't see this as a big concern - in my time on Scratch, I've only seen it with the current system with projects twice, and with comments perhaps once? As a result, we can probably dismiss this contention - though it's perhaps something worth noting.
