I'm currently developing the game “Five Nights with Huggy Wuggy Redux”. The project is a remake of the game “Five Nights with Huggy Wuggy” from @Mineklip. I need to write some tracks for a game, but I don't know how to write music. I need someone who can write some kind of soundtrack for the project.
I know that if you go to my profile, all the projects there will be of very low quality. But in the year since my last game, I've made a lot of progress in Scratch (even though my last game was published last October, it's worth keeping in mind that it's a reboot of my first game). I am going to bring the project in question to at least an acceptable level.
I can’t offer a salary, but I will be sincerely glad if someone helps me with this game.
Thank you in advance
P.S. Sorry if there are any mistakes, I am writing through a translator.

no support, it is possible to create multtiplayer games already, and that's gonna take up a lot of server space. Although it would be easier to do multiplayer, i just don't think ST can afford it. Figuring what players are in a game would take up a bit of server space, and that isn't the only consideration, people have got to still work to render them

i mean just 1 block
problem is, you've still got to render the players positions and i'm not sure the st can afford it.

some scratchers have a forum account
example: Main is @exampleuser and Alt is @exampleuserforums
They might also have a tutor acc that they use for HwS

Scratch Chess Engine Ranking (on Scratch 3 Runtime)

Based on this lichess.org study: https://lichess.org/study/v3EKTlR2/ , calculated using the BayesELO tool. Data from games of recent two years, and I ran some more in addition.

Rank	Name Elo	+	-	games	score	oppo.	draws
1 GoK 1746 159 125 20 100% 0 0%
2 Element 1659 303 269 3 67% 141 0%
3 Bonsai 1604 167 158 10 60% 111 0%
4 Archimedes 1530 264 266 4 50% 100 0%
5 Shallow Blue 1514 262 238 3 67% 21 0%
6 The Turk 1475 210 240 6 33% 124 0%
7 LowDoor 1466 241 237 4 50% 43 0%
8 Chip 1430 235 283 4 25% 106 0%
9 Pseudo 1423 296 438 2 0% 180 0%
10 White Dove 1421 259 411 3 0% 220 0%
11 HarleyK 1393 258 311 4 25% 132 0%
12 Scurious 1386 305 303 2 50% -55 0%
13 Wolverine 1385 279 446 3 0% 203 0%
14 U0 1366 314 461 2 0% 156 0%
15 Frenchgamerlol 1345 284 301 3 33% 19 0%
16 Midecah 1276 232 338 4 0% 84 0%
17 Mystery 1230 268 386 3 0% 45 0%

Data is still limited, too few games played. Bottom ELO numbers should be even lower, some rankings certainly wrong - Archimedes, The Turk too high, White Dove too low (currently facing some Scratch 3 issues). Midecah is the engine which has never drawn let alone won a game and should be last.

BTW, Midecah was very close to a repetition draw against Scurious right now. I started even crossing fingers for Midecah, like a once in a lifetime chance, but no - instead of making the next identical check-evasion, it chose not to.

Thundershark is not in the list, because it was designed for TurboWarp only. U0 has been taken offline it seems.

You can find the engines in this studio: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/15896412/
I must say this is currently rather Innacurate as Scurious can easily beat Chip, Archimides and Turk, also Frenchgamerlol is way stronger and Midecah chess definately isnt 1200. White Dove also is definately in the top 4.

Why not just record yourself singing? Even if you're a bad singer, it probably won't be much worse or probably better than whatever the text-to-singing comes up with.

If we assume that this suggestion were implemented and worked perfectly, it would be much easier to use than either of these solutions.
True, but that's a pretty big assumption.
yeah, but ST have not tried it yet
Please feature my studio, -Kawaii Nest- I think it should be featured so that people will have fun enjoying Scratch and seeing this LOVELY studio! They can add their Kawaii projects, and it deserves it because who doesn't love kawaii? So, I hope this will be featured one day, and that I will have a huge smile, like everyone enjoying the studio! Thank you so much! I hope you have a nice day!

when green flag clicked
set [am i a clone? v] to [no]
when I start as a clone
set [am i a clone? v] to [yes]
when I receive [something only clones should do v]
if <(am i a clone?) = [yes]> then
do the thing
end
when I receive [something only main sprite should do v]
if <(am i a clone?) = [no]> then
do the thing
end
had to edit this multiple times because scratchblocks kept breaking
Sadly I tried your method and it didn't work, but I asked a friend (@_HelloWorld54) and he came up with this…
when green flag clicked
set [Clonemessage v] to [0]
when I receive [ v]
change [Clonemessage v] by (1)
when I start as a clone
wait until <><(foo) = [1]>
And do whatever it needs to do!

3DS games aren't making Nintendo any money anyway so taking down a 3DS content preservation site would just be unnecessary
The only reason Citra (a 3DS emulator) was taken down was because it was connected to Yuzu, which was being used to play and distribute leaked Switch games. The whole project was shutdown (with cooperation of the team who made it). So I don't think they really care much about 3DS games anymore.

(That being said, I think getting the actual games is a lot more fun. If you can, that is, if they weren't exclusive to the EShop.)

for: rosie's wonderland™ 3.0

overall rating: ★★★★★ (fill with ★)
overall score: 48/50

first impression: 9/10
any thoughts: The aesthetics of the shop were lovely. There was no definite order form at the time I ordered, and few products whose abbreviations I didn't get. (that's on me)

customer service: 10/10
any thoughts: It was great

service speed: 10/10
any thoughts: My order was completed quite fast!

product quality: 10/10
any thoughts: I just LOVED it!! Thank you <3

shop's management: 9/10
any thoughts: There's staff in your staff list but only the owner (@iiucandyfloss) is active. I'd recommend to keep the usernames of your inactive staff in another list.

positive thoughts: Loved the order, the customer service was great, and your shop aesthetics are awesome!

negative thoughts: none!

tips to improve: I haven't checked if either of these four points have already been implemented, so kindly go about it accordingly
1. Please include full forms of your product names for people like me who don't get it
2. If there are products you can do better than the others, define them with bold colors or something like that. Update your product list (add/subtract) according to your personal best creations.
3. Do add a definite order form.
4. I'd recommend to keep the usernames of your inactive staff in another list.

I assume that means SKOOD owns it by that *AHEM*
um L'mantarcticalbozoburg has been independent for a while
says who?

It was agreed that it was a joint annexation by Hyrule and HRE, and since HRE no longer exists I'd assume that means that Hyrule annexed it completely

1, I had no say in either of these documents,
2, You haven't been active lately and honestly I thought you had finally quit. (Im sooo happy your back btw!)
3. In the documents with the annexing stuff, it says “bozoburg” and there is no nation called “bozoburg”
4. What's even the point of having me annexed? It's not like I am gonna pay you anything or help you in a fight.
5. L'mantisbozoburg is a whole new country. We said that if I made a new country then you would have it annexed but technically nova came up with the name and wulvie mostly created it
6. I have more teammate then you. If we go to war then I have a better chance. You're lonely. You're all by yourself.
I declare war

Duweido, I will fight by your side.

Has it? huh…
but hasn't Skood already annexed it?

TOTP… NICE
Odyssey tried to own it but I argued in the contract to get it joint ownership, I've given them mostly autonomy
the joint ownership was between HRE and Hyrule, not Skood and Hyrule.

if bozoburg doesn't like this I can turn them into a crater if they'd prefer
you could turn me into a crater, but then you'd be getting a pretty long ban (griefing is illegal now! thanks skood!) which would also get reverted and you would have a lot more enemies
I will lawyer for you if he does

You can only make a scrolling background sprite, you can make a variable called scroll_y, scroll_x and a sprite called scroll button and scroll location, but you can't make a scrolling backdrop.

If the detector gives you extra benefits besides a thanks
Are you talking about pausing/unpausing? If you're not, you can just use “stop all sounds” combined with “stop other scripts in this sprite”, but if you are talking about pausing/unpausing, then here are a few methods:

Method 1: This is probably the easiest method, but also the least efficient one. It slows the song down by 8 times, but doesn't completely pause it. However, if the person playing it unpauses it quickly after pausing it, then it may seem like it was paused. Here's the code:
when I receive [Pause v]
set [pitch v] effect to (-360) :: sound
set volume to (0) %

when I receive [Resume v]
set [pitch v] effect to (0) :: sound
set volume to (100) %
Now, the next method is more complex and takes longer for both you and the user, but it is FAR more efficient.

Method 2: This method stops the sound entirely, but tracks where the sound left off. It then plays the song, muted, as fast as possible until the sound reaches the point where it left off, then sets it to normal. The code looks like the following:
when green flag clicked
set [time v] to (0)
set [delta v] to (0)
set [last timer v] to (timer)
forever
set [delta v] to ((timer)-(last timer))
set [last timer v] to (timer)
if <unpaused :: operators> then
change [time v] by (delta)
end
if <condition to pause song :: operators> then
stop all sounds
stop [other scripts in sprite v]
broadcast [Pause v]
end
end

when I receive [Pause v]
set volume to (0) %

when I receive [Unpause v]
set [unpause timer v] to (0)
broadcast [Unpause 2 v]
play sound [whatever song v] until done

when I receive [Unpause 2 v]
set [pitch v] effect to (360) :: sound
set [unpause timer v] to (0)
repeat until <not <(time) < (unpause timer)>>
change [unpause timer v] by ((delta) * (8))
end
set volume to (100) %

So, although this code is long, basically, delta is the change in time per frame. I don't want to get into detail, so if you want to know more, just know that the max change in speed is setting the pitch to 360, and that speeds it up by 8 times. Now, knowing that, if you want, you can study the code above in more detail. However, if you don't want to do that, just copy it and put it in the project. I do highly recommend studying the code, though.

The ones which use a love and favourite detector, yes.
But most games on trending use tag spamming so they are reportable anyway

The hobbit hole sits, calm and content, in the setting sun. Its leaf-green door is ajar, the paint starting to peel, hanging on its rusty hinges. There are two round windows on either side, light drifting into the hole. Animals scurry away as I stroll towards the hole, fruit and firewood in a basket. I push open the door and walk in as it swings behind me.
Inside the hole, there’s a room with a round dining table, two fabric stools, a small bench and a fireplace. The ceiling is barely taller than I am. I place the basket on the table, taking out the limes and putting them in the cupboard in the right corner. Gathering the firewood in my hands, I set it next to the fireplace.
A rocking chair rocks gently in the corner, wind blowing the door open and into the room. Closing the door, I sit on the rocking chair, listening to its light creaks. The walls are straight up until they hit the rounded roof. The green fabric of my rocking chair is soft under me, this gentle feeling of comfort, of home.
To my left, between the table and the bench, is a doorway as round as the front. It’s lined with beige-painted wood, a stark contrast from the dark mahogany of the walls and ceiling, and the black walnut of the floor. I get up from the rocking chair and enter the room.
The room has a higher ceiling than the main room – not by much, but enough to feel more spacious. In the corner is a single bed with a frame that looks to be made of branches and logs, covered by a sheet with a leafy pattern on it. A silky oak desk is pushed against the back wall, covered in pens, pencils, and books of varying sizes. One is splayed in the centre, a page half-written, a pencil in the dip between halves. An old chair is tucked in the corner closest to me, only there for moments like this, moments when all I want to do is relax.
So I sit in the chair, lean back, and study the room: the specks of dust, glinting from the light wafting through the window, the empty space where this chair normally fits in front of the desk, the wall behind the bed, packed with books, the clothes chest under the window, against the left wall. As I sit, the light from the frosted window slowly fades, fading into pink, then purple, then nothing. I walk into the main room, light the fireplace, and grab the limes from the cupboard. Dinner is on its way.
Please help me. I am trying to find a NON-LAGGY scrolling background for a big game I am making.

No support, make it much easier to steal videos and music. Also makes it easier for kids to share videos of themselves when they might not know that’s a horrible idea, because all they have it do is record a video with the webcam instead of having to convert it to gif (something that they might not even know can be imported). Gif importing is useful in very specific situations but when you need it it’s very nice to have. But if you really need it just import the audio and video separately
Children can still take pictures of themselves and upload it regardless of if they can upload .mp4s I agree with OP as .gif quality is often quite low

You can put any location you want.
Forcing users to put their real location would be a really scummy move.
Hi! I could use some help programming one of those fancy text systems like in Starlight or some other games I've seen floating around. Anything of use would be wonderful! I know that I need each letter and any characters I want to be used in a single sprite but different characters. I am simple unsure of how to code the actual system. Any ideas? Again, anything of use is wonderful!
for example, ive seen accounts who have made their location mcdonalds islands or sandwitch islands.

is it allowed for them to put that as a joke or should they put their actual location?
