A forum post would encourage harassment since it would be an absolute godsend for trolls to say garbage and bully people.
I don't think so, it's probably gonna get spammed with “yes autistic people should get accepted” and “oh i'm autistic too” and Scratch Team will close it within 2 days, learning from the other stickies.

Now I’m not saying this goes for everybody but from what I’ve experienced and witnessed, a good chunk of people are sensitive to being bullied due to their disorder.
Do you have proof to back that claim up? Every single bullying incident I've seen on Scratch isn't caused by that at all. The closest I've saw is probably somebody getting harrased because of their beliefs.

AI also think a bunch of people would react to these trolls and as such be at a decent risk of personal harassment by the trolls on their profile, which would be even worse.
With the autism community, definitely, but the topic can just be closed, it's not like people will be talking about it for months or anything. They read it, they learn from it, and move on in life.

A forum post is needed as autistic people might face harrasement. ]
Oh my goodness gracious
We need a post for every country, religion, disabilities, fandoms, genders, orientations, etc. because they might face harassment!!!11!!1!!
I kind of get @hydrofungus's point, but I do think it can be expressed in a nicer way. For countries, I don't think anyone's gonna harrass them, for religions, definitely not, for disabilities, maybe? For fandoms, probably not, for genders, I'm pretty sure Scratch Team supports LGBTQ, and I have no clue what an orientation is.

I’m not autistic (i don’t know i haven’t and will probably never get a diagnosis) so this may be based a bit ☠️
If they receive harassment, the report button exists, and the community will beat up that guy. Trust me.
I have been on Scratch long enough that unfortunately, I can trust you…but the best way to prevent an issue isn't to report the issue when it is ongoing, it is to prevent the issue before it even started.

And doesn’t it fall under a line in the CGs like upper posts mentioned?
I have no clue what in the world the upper post says, but I'm sure it is a punishable offense. However, there are a lot of things in this world that are punishable offences, yet people still do them.
also i put a full stop in the quote because @hydrofungus didn't want to for…some reason

I’d argue that there shouldn’t be a forum post for autism acceptance, after thinking it through. Rather, I think there should be a forum post for acceptance of neurodiversity in general. This is basically a compass of everything neurodivergent, eg. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, etc etc
Yeah, that’ll be better. It would include a whole hecking lot of people
That would be better but when would it occur, there isn't really a Neurodivergence month as I am aware
Neurodiversity awareness month is in April according to google
I though that was autism month. maybe I am wrong, a google search says it is autism month in april
i don’t know, google also says it’s neurodiversity month.
“Neurodiversity” may be a confusing word for 7 year olds. I think there could be a simpler word without calling out persons with a specific condition. Or maybe the forum post should be made specifically calling out people of different conditions and telling people to be nice to them?
Note from myself, I looked through this before posting and I did not mean for it to sound like a Hey, Bully but for people with specific conditions.

With that being said, support, as long as:
-It's not just autistic people that have a forum post for acceptance (to a certain extent, not like @hydrofungus's example)
-It is called “Autism Awareness, not ”Autism Acceptance" (read this post)
-Scratch Team monitors the topic and is ready to close it when things get heated
