well I guess it would be VERY expensive I did really want good 3D graphics.
Making a 2D Cartoon would be better for Scratch, but a cartoon for a code languange? That just sounds weird. Not to think with 3D Graphics incase you haven't seen nowadays' bad writing, creating a Scratch Cat in 3D would be an absolute pain.
They wouldn't be able to start it as Scratch runs off of Donations. They cannot simply start making some Cartoon. They'd lose all their finance and go bankrupt, effectively shutting down Scratch as a website.
This is what I'm saying here.
