So, uh, he did something wrong. We don't know what it is, but he did it. It is impossible to get IP banned via false reports; at least, permanently. And assuming he didn't get into politics. But, we cannot do anything. We are all mere users. It is only him and the ST who can resolve things. Either way, it's best we don't talk about Scratchers; I believe that is gossiping. And, also, this isn't a suggestion, lol.
