EDIT: To have the fighter added, they have to be confirmed by me to be added, then at least the previous record must be broken by other scratchers agreeing with the requested fighter (Minimum fighters that can be added: 110. Any left after we hit the limit will have three months to hit the requirment to be added)

Cuphead can be added
