Does anyone actually come here to code?Yes. This is the main point of the site, and where the main efforts on Scratch would ideally go.
So just do the April Fool's forum. It's not that hard and if the server goes down, make a separate page for it.It's not hard to create the forum, but it is hard to moderate it. Making a separate page for it would be difficult if the server the page is hosted on went down. Making a completely independent page would be a lot of effort just for one day.
