what about perscription drugs one would aquire at a pharmacy. Such as the ADHD medication I take.
All that is said in Terms Of Use is this: (Section 3.1)

What is considered “foul language” is subjective though. It is likely fine, however, do not take my word for it. I do know about some obvious terms to avoid, however, is difficult to communicate what it is without breaking Terms of Service.
