This concept talks about user behaviour and warnings, well as a meter to determine account's current behaviour on Scratch. The behaviour meter displays current behaviour score, and it decreases when they breaks the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use, alerts are normally sent by Scratch Team.

How does this work?
The behaviour meter determines the current behaviour on Scratch.
Every Scratcher has a behaviour meter, it is permanently private from anyone.
When a new account is created and verified, they start with 100 points, and the maximum is 100 points.
The points are lost depending on the severity that violates the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
The only way to regain back the points is to finish a day without violating the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
When the behaviour meter drops down to 30 points, the Scratch account will be paused from commenting until they reach at least 30 points.
When the behaviour meter drops down to 0 points, the Scratch account gets blocked.

What are ways that affect behaviour score?
-3 pts | Comment, project, forum topic/post or studio censored by AI
-12 pts | Minor inappropriate/disrespectful comment
-35 pts | Major inappropriate/disrespectful comment
-28 pts | Minor inappropriate/disrespectful project shared
-42 pts | Major inappropriate/disrespectful project shared
-56 pts | Inappropriate/disrespectful project shared again
-26 pts | Inappropriate/disrespectful studio recently created
-54 pts | Minor inappropriate/disrespectful studio created
-72 pts | Major inappropriate/disrespectful studio created
-18 pts | Minor inappropriate/disrespectful forum topic/post created
-42 pts | Major inappropriate/disrespectful forum topic/post created
-26 pts | Being disruptive or tricking the community
-85 pts | Spamming or misuse of any Scratch features (e.g. reporting someone falsely multiple times)
-92 pts | Being extremely disrespectful, racist, sexist, homophobia or xenophobia.
-100 pts | Broke the country law, or infringing the copyright on Scratch.
-100 pts | Being disrespectful to the Scratch Team.
-100 pts | Manipulating the behaviour score with alternative accounts.
-## (Any) pts | Other violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use
+10 pts | Finish a day without violating the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use

Peace out!
I just want to suggest a couple of changes:
1. Why is a recently made innapropriate studio less than an old one?
2. I think below 10 should be banned from commenting instead of below 30, and 0 should not be banned but checked out to chrck if they deserve a ban.
3. Looking at your mockup, only 20-30 and 80-90 were shown, so will create message ideas for all the others
100: Wow! You're really sticking to the rules!
90-99: Very good, you just missed out on perfect
80-89: Already done
70-79: You made a couple of mistakes, but generally you're doing decent.
60-69: Not too bad, just be careful
50:59: You're not doing terribly, but please be careful
40-49: You're not doing terribly, but please be very careful
30-39: You're starting to get in trouble a lot, be careful
20-29: Already done
10-19: You're almost muted. Please be respectful
0-9: Please follow the community guidelines, we may have to look at your account

4. Being disrespectful to the Scratch Team should be 50, people do complain lots
