At this time, I am not aware of any rules which state that you cannot prevent users from pressing the “red flag.” There are many projects out there that use scripts to make things happen when you press the “red flag,” but the Scratch Team generally does not take down these projects for doing so.
I was worried because it said that I can't prevent a user from accessing anything on the website.
