Yeah it's fine when people only quote a part of it so that they can specify what they're talking about. (I made that an edit to the OP btw)In a couple of forum posts, I've seen people quote the entire OP (original post) and it's very annoying. If you're making a post, (and don't quote someone) you're basically already quoting th OP, so there's no need to do that.
