Balancing
Fire Bro↑: splash damage, and lower damage but faster projectile and reload speed
Hammer Bro↑: Boost: launches hammers in 5 directions
Ice Bro↑: Boost: launches an Ice ball that bounces and freezes any enemy it touches
Bowser-: Melee attack returns, but large projectile damage -40%
Roy: Boost: projectiles flying in random directions
Sumo Bro↑: Faster attack Speed
Lemmy ↓: Slower attack speed
Koopa Cannon↑: Radius increase, faster attack speed, more damage to boss (x2)

Energy Costs and Recharge
Iggy: Energy cost reduced to 125
Lemmy: Recharge decreased to 5 seconds
Ludwig: Energy cost reduced to 110 and recharge increased to 3 seconds
Morton: Energy cost reduced to 200 and recharge increased to 15 seconds
Bowser Jr: Energy increased to 50
Hammer Bro: Recharge decreased to 1 second
Boomerang Bro: Energy decreased to 150 energy
Ice Bro: Recharge decreased to 2 seconds
Sledge Bro: Recharge increased to 7 seconds

Other

Significantly lowered the amount of Toads the boss spawns and lowered the chance of a Machine Toad spawning and slightly increases the chance for a Shield Toad

Recharge Stat is shown in the almanac

When starting the game, all characters have a small recharge

Fixed the zap animation for the Machine Toad
