The problem with the player collision detection is because you're repeatedly resending the broadcast, and the broadcast has a “wait 1 seconds” inside of it, and every time it's broadcasted it gets reset so it's never completed until its not repeatedly being broadcast, when the player isn't being touched.

I recommend using a removing the wait block, or making some way so that it only broadcasts once, such as setting a local variable to “1” when it touches so it only broadcasts once.

I can't seem to replicate the second problem you have with the “my etbs” list, the list worked fine for me with 0's and 1s as values, not only 1's.
