considering you only use scratch to draw you could practice more to get to around the same level k0d3rrr is by looking at tutorials and references
Other than watching tutorials and looking at references, I have a few tips and tricks:
  1. Simple character designs are better than complex character designs… most of the time. For example, a stick figure with a top hat, bowtie and glasses is much easier to draw than a 3D god that has 10 eyes, 17 arms and 82 legs, plus 16 hats for each of their 4 heads.
  2. Imagine what you want your character to look like, then draw it. I used this technique to draw the Bambisona on the previous page.
  3. A character's design doesn't have to be permanent. For example, when I first created Strawberry, she had a very generic design, which looked like this:

    Once I was good at designing characters, I gave her a new design (which in my opinion is better than her original design) which looks like this:
