So I can't provide the original game rom, but google is your friend.
Anyways, I thought a game based on Curious George on the GBA would be cool. I definitely would like a scratch version but gamemaker would be better. So the coolest thing (imo) would be a Mario Maker type online game where you can make your own levels.
I don't want to recruit too many people so I will rip sprites, music, text, and sfx
All I need help with is scripting. If anyone's good with scripting please message me asap (I'd rather do gamemaker cause it's more user friendly and
I have more experience with it) but I'm cool with Godot or even scratch.

I believe you can request from shops for code, for example “The Glow Shop”. The request will be completed much faster that way. You just have to fill out the form and that's it.
