Well, according to @The-Sushi-Cat, the ST closed this and then reopened it awhile ago.
It was just today that I accidentally pressed “close topic” instead of “submit”
So its been closed twice (by ST, by me)

Anyways confusion resolved, back to the suggestion at hand
